A word was rejected, or a wrong answer was accepted

This is the most useful kind of report for a word site. Tell us the game, the word, and what happened. Our list of valid words is large but not complete, and it deliberately leaves out names and some very rare words.

A question seems wrong or unfair

The quizzes on synonyms, opposites and rhymes involve judgement, and accents differ. If you think an answer is wrong, or that two options were both correct, send us the question as you saw it. We would sooner fix a question than defend it.

A game is not working

Give the name of the game, the device and browser you are using, and a line about what you saw. Reloading the page is worth trying first.

Your results have gone

Results are stored by your browser on your device. They disappear if the browser's data is cleared, and they do not follow you to another device. We hold no copy and cannot bring them back.
